Zilker's Inner Circle

Built by Neighbors, for Neighbors

I’m Anthony Gibson. I live here, I work here, and I’m raising my family here. Zilker isn’t just where I live — it’s where I’ve built a life. That’s why I created the Inner Circle: to help neighbors navigate real estate with trust, care, and local know-how.

Want a clearer picture of what homes like yours are quietly going for?

What Happens When You Work With a Neighbor

The results? Quietly strong.
Because when you know the neighborhood, the people, and the pace, it shows. These aren’t just numbers. They’re 100+ local families, 17 years of trust, and decisions made with care, not pressure.

The Zilker Inner Circle Seller Advantage

A private Zilker-first program that connects homeowners with qualified local buyers, before the listing ever hits the market.  Think of it as the quiet lane: no signs, no strangers, just real neighbors and real conversations.

  • The local lane built for Zilker Neighbors.

    → Quiet listings.

    → Trusted buyers.

    → Quiet listings.

  • The smartest move with fewer moves to make.

    → Save thousands in fees.

    → Skip the circus.

→ Sell to someone who knows the street

  • When moving on still means staying connected.

→ Homeowners, not into open houses.

    → Families planning ahead.

→ Neighbors who want quiet deals.

Meet Your Neighbors

The Gibsons

Just a local family who fell in love with this neighborhood, house by house. From our first 2/1 on Anita to our home on Ford Street, this is where we’ve grown — and where we’re staying.

We’re just down on Ford Street. If you ever need something, I probably know someone. Or someone who knows someone.

A Real Neighborhood Moment

Last year, I rented a couple of vans, picked up Zilker families from the elementary school, and took them on private tours of the Trail of Lights before it opened to the public.

We called it Zilker Lights & Warm Delights. No crowds, just cocoa, music, and that small-town feeling in the middle of the city.

If that sounds like something you’d want to be part of next time, let me know.
